SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UPK3A (uroplakin 3A, also called UP3a) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UPK3A qPCR Primer Set – uroplakin 3A
Also known as: UP3A, UPIII, UPIIIA, UPK3
About this gene: UPK3A belongs to the uroplakin family, a group of transmembrane proteins that form complexes on the apical surface of the bladder epithelium. Mutations in UPK3A may be linked to renal adysplasia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7380; HGNC ID: HGNC:12580; UniProt: O75631; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006953.4; Chromosome location: 22q13.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
