SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UNC93B1 (unc-93B1 regulator of TLR signaling, also called Unc-93B1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UNC93B1 qPCR Primer Set – unc-93B1 regulator of TLR signaling
Also known as: IIAE1, UNC-93B, UNC93, UNC93B, Unc-93B1
About this gene: UNC93B1 encodes a protein that is involved in innate and adaptive immune response by regulating toll-like receptor signaling. The UNC93B1 protein traffics nucleotide sensing toll-like receptors to the endolysosome from the endoplasmic reticulum. Deficiency of the UNC93B1 protein has been linked to herpes simplex encephalitis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81622; HGNC ID: HGNC:13481; UniProt: Q9H1C4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_030930.4; Chromosome location: 11q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
