SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RIDA (reactive intermediate imine deaminase A, also called p14.5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RIDA qPCR Primer Set – reactive intermediate imine deaminase A
Also known as: HRSP12, P14.5, PSP, UK114, hp14.5
About this gene: RIDA enables mRNA binding activity. It is involved in mRNA catabolic process and mRNA destabilization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10247; HGNC ID: HGNC:16897; UniProt: P52758; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005836.3; Chromosome location: 8q22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
