SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UHRF1 (ubiquitin like with PHD and ring finger domains 1, also called hNp95) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UHRF1 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin like with PHD and ring finger domains 1
Also known as: ICBP90, Np95, RNF106, TDRD22, hNP95, hUHRF1, huNp95
About this gene: UHRF1 belongs to a subfamily of RING-finger type E3 ubiquitin ligases. The protein binds to specific DNA sequences, and recruits a histone deacetylase to regulate gene expression. Its expression peaks at late G1 phase and continues during G2 and M phases of the cell cycle.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29128; HGNC ID: HGNC:12556; UniProt: Q96T88; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001048201.3; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
