SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UGT2B10 (UDP glucuronosyltransferase family 2 member B10) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UGT2B10 qPCR Primer Set – UDP glucuronosyltransferase family 2 member B10
Also known as: UDPGT2B10
About this gene: UGT2B10 is predicted to enable UDP-glycosyltransferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in estrogen metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7365; HGNC ID: HGNC:12544; UniProt: P36537; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001075.6; Chromosome location: 4q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
