SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UGGT1 (UDP-glucose glycoprotein glucosyltransferase 1, also called UGT1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UGGT1 qPCR Primer Set – UDP-glucose glycoprotein glucosyltransferase 1
Also known as: CDG2CC, HUGT1, UGCGL1, UGT1
About this gene: UDP-glucose:glycoprotein glucosyltransferase is a soluble protein of the endoplasmic reticulum that selectively reglucosylates unfolded glycoproteins, thus providing quality control for protein transport out of the ER.[supplied by OMIM, Oct 2009].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56886; HGNC ID: HGNC:15663; UniProt: Q9NYU2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020120.4; Chromosome location: 2q14.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
