About this gene: UFSP2 encodes a highly conserved cysteine protease. The protein cleaves two C-terminal residues from ubiquitin-fold modifier 1, a ubiquitin-like post-translational modifier protein. Activation of ubiquitin-fold modifier 1 by the UFSP2 protein exposes a C-terminal glycine residue that allows interaction with other proteins and transfer to its target protein.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
