SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UFD1 (ubiquitin recognition factor in ER associated degradation 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UFD1 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin recognition factor in ER associated degradation 1
Also known as: UFD1L
About this gene: The UFD1 protein forms a complex with two other proteins, nuclear protein localization-4 and valosin-containing protein, and this complex is necessary for the degradation of ubiquitinated proteins. In addition, this complex controls the disassembly of the mitotic spindle and the formation of a closed nuclear envelope after mitosis. Mutations in UFD1 have been linked to Catch 22 syndrome as well as cardiac and craniofacial defects.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7353; HGNC ID: HGNC:12520; UniProt: Q92890; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005659.7; Chromosome location: 22q11.21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
