SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UCK1 (uridine-cytidine kinase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UCK1 qPCR Primer Set – uridine-cytidine kinase 1
Also known as: URK1
About this gene: UCK1 encodes a uridine-cytidine kinase that catalyzes the phosphorylation of uridine and cytidine to uridine monophosphate and cytidine monophosphate but not the phosphorylation of deoxyribonucleosides or purine ribonucleosides. This enzyme can also phosphorylate uridine and cytidine analogs and uses both ATP and GTP as a phosphate donor.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83549; HGNC ID: HGNC:14859; UniProt: Q9HA47; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_031432.5; Chromosome location: 9q34.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
