SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UCHL5 (ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase L5, also called UCH-L5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UCHL5 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase L5
Also known as: CGI-70, INO80R, UCH-L5, UCH37
About this gene: UCHL5 enables cysteine-type deubiquitinase activity; endopeptidase inhibitor activity; and proteasome binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process; positive regulation of smoothened signaling pathway; and regulation of DNA metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51377; HGNC ID: HGNC:19678; UniProt: Q9Y5K5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001199261.3; Chromosome location: 1q31.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
