SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UCHL1 (ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase L1, also called UCH-L1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UCHL1 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase L1
Also known as: HEL-117, HEL-S-53, NDGOA, PARK5, PGP 9.5, PGP9.5, PGP95, SPG79, SPG79A, UCHL-1, Uch-L1
About this gene: The UCHL1 protein belongs to the peptidase C12 family. This enzyme is a thiol protease that hydrolyzes a peptide bond at the C-terminal glycine of ubiquitin. UCHL1 is specifically expressed in the neurons and in cells of the diffuse neuroendocrine system.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7345; HGNC ID: HGNC:12513; UniProt: P09936; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004181.5; Chromosome location: 4p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
