SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human EPDR1 (ependymin related 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human EPDR1 qPCR Primer Set – ependymin related 1
Also known as: EPDR, MERP-1, MERP1, UCC1
About this gene: The EPDR1 protein is a type II transmembrane protein that is similar to two families of cell adhesion molecules, the protocadherins and ependymins. The EPDR1 protein may play a role in calcium-dependent cell adhesion. The EPDR1 protein is glycosylated, and the orthologous mouse protein is localized to the lysosome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54749; HGNC ID: HGNC:17572; UniProt: Q9UM22; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017549.5; Chromosome location: 7p14.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
