SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UBXN6 (UBX domain protein 6) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UBXN6 qPCR Primer Set – UBX domain protein 6
Also known as: UBXD1, UBXDC2
About this gene: UBXN6 enables ATPase binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including ERAD pathway; endosome to lysosome transport via multivesicular body sorting pathway; and protein unfolding.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 80700; HGNC ID: HGNC:14928; UniProt: Q9BZV1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_025241.3; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
