SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UBTD1 (ubiquitin domain containing 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UBTD1 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin domain containing 1
About this gene: The degradation of many proteins is carried out by the ubiquitin pathway in which proteins are targeted for degradation by covalent conjugation of the polypeptide ubiquitin. UBTD1 encodes a protein that belongs to the ubiquitin family of proteins. The UBTD1 protein is believed to regulate E2 ubiquitin conjugating enzymes belonging to the UBE2D family.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 80019; HGNC ID: HGNC:25683; UniProt: Q9HAC8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024954.5; Chromosome location: 10q24.1-q24.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
