SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UBOX5 (U-box domain containing 5, also called hUIP5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UBOX5 qPCR Primer Set – U-box domain containing 5
Also known as: RNF37, UBCE7IP5, UIP5, hUIP5
About this gene: UBOX5 encodes a U-box domain containing protein. The UBOX5 protein interacts with E2 enzymes and may play a role in the ubiquitination pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 22888; HGNC ID: HGNC:17777; UniProt: O94941; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014948.4; Chromosome location: 20p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
