SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UBE2W (ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2 W) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UBE2W qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2 W
Also known as: UBC-16, UBC16
About this gene: UBE2W encodes a nuclear-localized ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme that, along with ubiquitin-activating and ligating enzymes, coordinates the addition of a ubiquitin moiety to existing proteins. The UBE2W protein promotes the ubiquitination of Fanconi anemia complementation group proteins and may be important in the repair of DNA damage.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55284; HGNC ID: HGNC:25616; UniProt: Q96B02; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018299.6; Chromosome location: 8q21.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
