SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UBE2L6 (ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2 L6, also called RIG-B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UBE2L6 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2 L6
Also known as: RIG-B, UBCH8
About this gene: The modification of proteins with ubiquitin is an important cellular mechanism for targeting abnormal or short-lived proteins for degradation. Ubiquitination involves at least three classes of enzymes: ubiquitin-activating enzymes, ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes and ubiquitin-protein ligases. UBE2L6 belongs to the E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9246; HGNC ID: HGNC:12490; UniProt: O14933; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004223.5; Chromosome location: 11q12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
