SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UBE2D3 (ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2 D3, also called E3-independent) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UBE2D3 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2 D3
Also known as: E2(17)KB3, UBC4/5, UBCH5C
About this gene: The modification of proteins with ubiquitin is an important cellular mechanism for targeting abnormal or short-lived proteins for degradation. Ubiquitination involves at least three classes of enzymes: ubiquitin-activating enzymes, or E1s, ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes, or E2s, and ubiquitin-protein ligases, or E3s. UBE2D3 belongs to the E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7323; HGNC ID: HGNC:12476; UniProt: P61077; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_181891.3; Chromosome location: 4q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
