SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UBE2C (ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2 C, also called UbcH10) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UBE2C qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2 C
Also known as: UBCH10, dJ447F3.2
About this gene: The modification of proteins with ubiquitin is an important cellular mechanism for targeting abnormal or short-lived proteins for degradation. Ubiquitination involves at least three classes of enzymes: ubiquitin-activating enzymes, ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes, and ubiquitin-protein ligases. UBE2C belongs to the E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11065; HGNC ID: HGNC:15937; UniProt: O00762; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_007019.4; Chromosome location: 20q13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
