SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UBE2A (ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2 A, also called hHR6A) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UBE2A qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2 A
Also known as: HHR6A, MRXS30, MRXSN, RAD6A, UBC2
About this gene: The modification of proteins with ubiquitin is an important cellular mechanism for targeting abnormal or short-lived proteins for degradation. Ubiquitination involves at least three classes of enzymes: ubiquitin-activating enzymes, ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes, and ubiquitin-protein ligases. UBE2A belongs to the E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7319; HGNC ID: HGNC:12472; UniProt: P49459; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003336.4; Chromosome location: Xq24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
