SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UBA5 (ubiquitin like modifier activating enzyme 5, also called ThiFP1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UBA5 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin like modifier activating enzyme 5
Also known as: DEE44, EIEE44, SCAR24, THIFP1, UBE1DC1
About this gene: UBA5 belongs to the E1-like ubiquitin-activating enzyme family. The UBA5 protein activates ubiquitin-fold modifier 1, a ubiquitin-like post-translational modifier protein, via the formation of a high-energy thioester bond.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79876; HGNC ID: HGNC:23230; UniProt: Q9GZZ9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024818.6; Chromosome location: 3q22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
