SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UBASH3A (ubiquitin associated and SH3 domain containing A, also called CLIP4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UBASH3A qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin associated and SH3 domain containing A
Also known as: CLIP4, STS-2, TULA, TULA-1
About this gene: UBASH3A encodes one of two family members belonging to the T-cell ubiquitin ligand family. Both family members can negatively regulate T-cell signaling. This family member can facilitate growth factor withdrawal-induced apoptosis in T cells, which may occur via its interaction with AIF, an apoptosis-inducing factor.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 53347; HGNC ID: HGNC:12462; UniProt: P57075; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018961.4; Chromosome location: 21q22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
