SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UBA6 (ubiquitin like modifier activating enzyme 6, also called E1-L2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UBA6 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin like modifier activating enzyme 6
Also known as: E1-L2, MOP-4, UBE1L2
About this gene: Modification of proteins with ubiquitin or ubiquitin-like proteins controls many signaling networks and requires a ubiquitin-activating enzyme, a ubiquitin conjugating enzyme, and a ubiquitin protein ligase. UBE1L2 is an E1 enzyme that initiates the activation and conjugation of ubiquitin-like proteins.[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55236; HGNC ID: HGNC:25581; UniProt: A0AVT1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018227.6; Chromosome location: 4q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
