SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UAP1 (UDP-N-acetylglucosamine pyrophosphorylase 1, also called AGX) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UAP1 qPCR Primer Set – UDP-N-acetylglucosamine pyrophosphorylase 1
Also known as: AGX, AGX1, AGX2, SPAG2
About this gene: UAP1 enables identical protein binding activity and protein serine pyrophosphorylase activity. It is involved in antiviral innate immune response and positive regulation of type I interferon production. Is active in cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6675; HGNC ID: HGNC:12457; UniProt: Q16222; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001324116.5; Chromosome location: 1q23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
