SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TYRP1 (tyrosinase related protein 1, also called TRP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TYRP1 qPCR Primer Set – tyrosinase related protein 1
Also known as: CAS2, CATB, GP75, OCA3, TRP, TRP1, TYRP, b-PROTEIN
About this gene: TYRP1 encodes a melanosomal enzyme that belongs to the tyrosinase family and is important for the melanin biosynthetic pathway. Defects in TYRP1 are the cause of rufous oculocutaneous albinism and oculocutaneous albinism type III.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7306; HGNC ID: HGNC:12450; UniProt: P17643; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000550.3; Chromosome location: 9p23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
