Human TYROBP qPCR Primer Set – transmembrane immune signaling adaptor TYROBP
Also known as: DAP12, KARAP, PLOSL, PLOSL1
About this gene: TYROBP encodes a transmembrane signaling polypeptide which contains an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif in its cytoplasmic domain. The TYROBP protein may associate with the killer-cell inhibitory receptor family of membrane glycoproteins and may act as an activating signal transduction element. The TYROBP protein may bind zeta-chain associated protein kinase 70kDa and spleen tyrosine kinase and play a role in signal transduction, bone modeling, brain myelination, and inflammation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7305; HGNC ID: HGNC:12449; UniProt: O43914; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003332.4; Chromosome location: 19q13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
