SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TYK2 (tyrosine kinase 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TYK2 qPCR Primer Set – tyrosine kinase 2
Also known as: IMD35, JTK1
About this gene: TYK2 belongs to the tyrosine kinase and, more specifically, the Janus kinases protein families. The TYK2 protein associates with the cytoplasmic domain of type I and type II cytokine receptors and promulgate cytokine signals by phosphorylating receptor subunits. The TYK2 gene product is also a component of both the type I and type III interferon signaling pathways.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7297; HGNC ID: HGNC:12440; UniProt: P29597; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003331.5; Chromosome location: 19p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
