SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GLRX3 (glutaredoxin 3, also called PICOT) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GLRX3 qPCR Primer Set – glutaredoxin 3
Also known as: GLRX4, GRX3, GRX4, PICOT, TXNL2, TXNL3
About this gene: GLRX3 belongs to the glutaredoxin family. Glutaredoxins are oxidoreductase enzymes that reduce a variety of substrates using glutathione as a cofactor. The GLRX3 protein binds to and modulates the function of protein kinase C theta.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10539; HGNC ID: HGNC:15987; UniProt: O76003; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006541.5; Chromosome location: 10q26.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
