About this gene: ERP44 belongs to the protein disulfide isomerase family of endoplasmic reticulum proteins. The ERP44 gene product has an inferred N-terminal signal peptide, a catalytically active thioredoxin domain, two TRX-like domains and a C-terminal ER-retention sequence. The ERP44 protein acts as a pH-regulated chaperone of the secretory pathway and likely is involved in protein quality control at the endoplasmic reticulum - Golgi interface.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
