SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TXNDC2 (thioredoxin domain containing 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TXNDC2 qPCR Primer Set – thioredoxin domain containing 2
Also known as: SPTRX, SPTRX1
About this gene: TXNDC2 enables thioredoxin-disulfide reductase activity. It is predicted to be involved in cell redox homeostasis and spermatogenesis. It is predicted to act upstream of or within cellular response to reactive oxygen species and flagellated sperm motility.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84203; HGNC ID: HGNC:16470; UniProt: Q86VQ3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032243.6; Chromosome location: 18p11.22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
