SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TXNDC17 (thioredoxin domain containing 17, also called TRP14) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TXNDC17 qPCR Primer Set – thioredoxin domain containing 17
Also known as: TRP14, TXNL5
About this gene: TXNDC17 enables protein-disulfide reductase [NADH] activity. It is involved in tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84817; HGNC ID: HGNC:28218; UniProt: Q9BRA2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032731.4; Chromosome location: 17p13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
