SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TXNDC15 (thioredoxin domain containing 15) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TXNDC15 qPCR Primer Set – thioredoxin domain containing 15
Also known as: BUG, C5orf14, MKS14, TMX5, UNQ335
About this gene: TXNDC15 belongs to the thioredoxin superfamily. Members of this family are characterized by a conserved active motif called the thioredoxin fold that catalyzes disulfide bond formation and isomerization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79770; HGNC ID: HGNC:20652; UniProt: Q96J42; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024715.4; Chromosome location: 5q31.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
