SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TXN (thioredoxin, also called Trx) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TXN qPCR Primer Set – thioredoxin
Also known as: TRDX, TRX, TRX1, TXN1, Trx80
About this gene: The TXN protein acts as a homodimer and is involved in many redox reactions. The TXN protein is found in the cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7295; HGNC ID: HGNC:12435; UniProt: P10599; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003329.4; Chromosome location: 9q31.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
