SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TUFT1 (tuftelin 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TUFT1 qPCR Primer Set – tuftelin 1
Also known as: WHSF
About this gene: Tuftelin is an acidic protein that is believed to play a role in dental enamel mineralization and is implicated in caries susceptibility. The TUFT1 gene product is also thought to be involved with adaptation to hypoxia, mesenchymal stem cell function, and neurotrophin nerve growth factor mediated neuronal differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7286; HGNC ID: HGNC:12422; UniProt: Q9NNX1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020127.3; Chromosome location: 1q21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
