SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TUBGCP4 (tubulin gamma complex component 4, also called h76p) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TUBGCP4 qPCR Primer Set – tubulin gamma complex component 4
Also known as: 76P, GCP-4, GCP4, Grip76, MCCRP3
About this gene: TUBGCP4 encodes a component of the gamma-tubulin ring complex, which is required for microtubule nucleation. In mammalian cells, the protein localizes to centrosomes in association with gamma-tubulin. Crystal structure analysis revealed a structure composed of five helical bundles arranged around conserved hydrophobic cores.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27229; HGNC ID: HGNC:16691; UniProt: Q9UGJ1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014444.5; Chromosome location: 15q15.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
