SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TUBE1 (tubulin epsilon 1, also called Epsilon-tubulin) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human TUBE1 qPCR Primer Set – tubulin epsilon 1
Also known as: TUBE, dJ142L7.2
About this gene: TUBE1 belongs to the tubulin superfamily. The TUBE1 protein localizes to the centriolar sub-distal appendages that are linked to the older of the two centrioles after centrosome duplication. The TUBE1 protein plays a central role in organization of the microtubules during centriole duplication.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51175; HGNC ID: HGNC:20775; UniProt: Q9UJT0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016262.5; Chromosome location: 6q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
