Human TUBA1A qPCR Primer Set – tubulin alpha 1a
Also known as: B-ALPHA-1, CDCBM16, LIS3, TUBA3
About this gene: Microtubules of the eukaryotic cytoskeleton perform essential and diverse functions and are composed of a heterodimer of alpha and beta tubulins. The genes encoding these microtubule constituents belong to the tubulin superfamily, which is composed of six distinct families. Genes from the alpha, beta and gamma tubulin families are found in all eukaryotes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7846; HGNC ID: HGNC:20766; UniProt: Q71U36; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006009.4; Chromosome location: 12q13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
