SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TDP2 (tyrosyl-DNA phosphodiesterase 2, also called hTDP2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TDP2 qPCR Primer Set – tyrosyl-DNA phosphodiesterase 2
Also known as: AD022, EAP2, EAPII, TTRAP, dJ30M3.3, hTDP2
About this gene: TDP2 belongs to a superfamily of divalent cation-dependent phosphodiesterases. The TDP2 protein associates with CD40, tumor necrosis factor receptor-75 and TNF receptor associated factors, and inhibits nuclear factor-kappa-B activation. The TDP2 protein has sequence and structural similarities with APE1 endonuclease, which is involved in both DNA repair and the activation of transcription factors.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51567; HGNC ID: HGNC:17768; UniProt: O95551; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016614.3; Chromosome location: 6p22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
