SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TTLL1 (TTL family tubulin polyglutamylase complex subunit L1, also called PGs3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TTLL1 qPCR Primer Set – TTL family tubulin polyglutamylase complex subunit L1
Also known as: C22orf7, HS323M22B, TPGS3
About this gene: TTLL1 enables tubulin-glutamic acid ligase activity. It is involved in microtubule cytoskeleton organization. Is active in microtubule.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25809; HGNC ID: HGNC:1312; UniProt: O95922; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012263.5; Chromosome location: 22q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
