About this gene: TTF2 belongs to the SWI2/SNF2 family of proteins, which play a critical role in altering protein-DNA interactions. The TTF2 protein is reported to have dsDNA-dependent ATPase activity and RNA polymerase II termination activity. The TTF2 protein interacts with cell division cycle 5-like, associates with human splicing complexes, and is involved in pre-mRNA splicing.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
