SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TTC9 (tetratricopeptide repeat domain 9) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TTC9 qPCR Primer Set – tetratricopeptide repeat domain 9
Also known as: TTC9A
About this gene: TTC9 encodes a protein that contains three tetratricopeptide repeats. The gene is reported to be hormonally regulated in breast cancer cells and may play a role in cancer cell invasion and metastasis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23508; HGNC ID: HGNC:20267; UniProt: Q92623; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015351.2; Chromosome location: 14q24.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
