About this gene: TTC4 encodes a protein that contains tetratricopeptide repeats, which often mediate protein-protein interactions and chaperone activity. The TTC4 protein interacts with heat shock proteins 70 and 90. Naturally-occuring readthrough transcription occurs from upstream gene MROH to TTC4.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
