The TTC21B protein is localized to the cilium axoneme, and may play a role in retrograde intraflagellar transport in cilia. Mutations in TTC21B are linked to various ciliopathies, nephronophthisis 12, and asphyxiating thoracic dystrophy 4.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
