Human TTC12 qPCR Primer Set – tetratricopeptide repeat domain 12
Also known as: CILD45, TPARM
About this gene: It is involved in axonemal dynein complex assembly and sperm axoneme assembly. Implicated in acute lymphoblastic leukemia; alcohol dependence; drug dependence; nicotine dependence; and primary ciliary dyskinesia 45.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54970; HGNC ID: HGNC:23700; UniProt: Q9H892; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017868.4; Chromosome location: 11q23.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
