SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TTC1 (tetratricopeptide repeat domain 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TTC1 qPCR Primer Set – tetratricopeptide repeat domain 1
Also known as: TPR1
About this gene: TTC1 encodes a protein that belongs to the tetratrico peptide repeat superfamily of proteins. The TTC1 protein is involved in protein-protein interactions, and binds to the Galpha subunit of G protein-coupled receptors to activate the Ras signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7265; HGNC ID: HGNC:12391; UniProt: Q99614; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003314.3; Chromosome location: 5q33.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
