SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TSPY2 (testis specific protein Y-linked 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TSPY2 qPCR Primer Set – testis specific protein Y-linked 2
Also known as: TSPYQ1
About this gene: TSPY2 is predicted to enable chromatin binding activity and histone binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including gonadal mesoderm development; nucleosome assembly; and spermatogenesis. Predicted to be active in chromatin and nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64591; HGNC ID: HGNC:23924; UniProt: A6NKD2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022573.4; Chromosome location: Yp11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
