SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TSNAX (translin associated factor X) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human TSNAX qPCR Primer Set – translin associated factor X
Also known as: C3PO, TRAX
About this gene: TSNAX encodes a protein which specifically interacts with translin, a DNA-binding protein that binds consensus sequences at breakpoint junctions of chromosomal translocations. The TSNAX protein contains bipartite nuclear targeting sequences that may provide nuclear transport for translin, which lacks any nuclear targeting motifs.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7257; HGNC ID: HGNC:12380; UniProt: Q99598; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005999.3; Chromosome location: 1q42.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
