About this gene: TSKS may play a role in testicular physiology, spermatogenesis or spermiogenesis. Expression of the TSKS protein is highest in the testis and down-regulated in testicular cancer. The gene is localized to the region 19q13.3 among the related RAS viral oncogene homolog and interferon regulatory factor 3 genes, which are both involved in tumorigenesis pathways and progression.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
