SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TSEN2 (tRNA splicing endonuclease subunit 2, also called HsSen2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TSEN2 qPCR Primer Set – tRNA splicing endonuclease subunit 2
Also known as: PCH2B, SEN2, SEN2L
About this gene: TSEN2 encodes one of the subunits of the tRNA splicing endonuclease. This endonuclease catalyzes the first step in RNA splicing which is the removal of introns. Mutations in TSEN2 have been linked to pontocerebellar hypoplasia type 2.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 80746; HGNC ID: HGNC:28422; UniProt: Q8NCE0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_025265.4; Chromosome location: 3p25.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
