SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TSC1 (TSC complex subunit 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TSC1 qPCR Primer Set – TSC complex subunit 1
Also known as: LAM, TSC
About this gene: TSC1 is a tumor suppressor gene that encodes the growth inhibitory protein hamartin. The TSC1 protein interacts with and stabilizes the GTPase activating protein tuberin. This hamartin-tuberin complex negatively regulates mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1 signaling which is a major regulator of anabolic cell growth.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7248; HGNC ID: HGNC:12362; UniProt: Q92574; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000368.5; Chromosome location: 9q34.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
